Responsible for sourcing quality candidates directly in the market without any assistance from third party vendors. Adaptability and flexibility to work on different requirements and work with different teams. Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic. Proficient in office computer software/systems(MSOffice, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to develop and maintain relationships by telephone and email Able to withstand pressure and work towards closing all the open positions at the earliest and maintain a healthy pipeline against the open positions. Experience: Academic: Professional Degree Preferred or at least Graduates. 2Yrs with a proven track record in the area of technical recruitment for key positions.
